Who we are

AFRICORE DATA SYSTEMS LTD, operating from Lagos, Nigeria. You can reach us at hello@africoredata.com.

What we collect

Assessment requests. We store your name, business email, organisation, optional role and phone, the service you're interested in, your problem description, team size, timeframe, optional budget band, and your consent with its time.

Vendor and partner enquiries. We store the company name, contact name, business email, optional phone and website, service categories, delivery coverage, capability description, optional authorisation notes and catalogue link, and your consent with its time.

For both forms we also store a one-way scrambled value derived from your network address to limit repeated submissions. We don't store the address itself. No files are uploaded.

How we use it

To review your request or capability enquiry and reply about a possible engagement or project scope. A vendor enquiry does not appoint or approve a supplier. We don't sell it, send it to marketing lists, or pass it to other tools automatically. This site does not send automated emails.

Where it's stored

In private database tables operated through our website hosting provider, kept separately for customer requests and vendor enquiries. It cannot be viewed through the public website. Only authorised AFRICORE staff can access it.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting engagement. There's no automatic deletion schedule. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Your choices

Email us to access, correct or delete your information, quoting your reference ID if you have it. Please don't send passwords, customer records, patient data or employee documents through the form.
