How we work

Assessment first. Then design, quotation and tested handover.

Timelines and costs depend on the site and are set in the written quotation. We don’t price work we haven’t assessed.

FAQ

Process questions

Why is the assessment paid?

It involves site time, measurement and engineering review. A paid, scoped assessment produces findings you own, whether or not you proceed with us.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the site, approvals and equipment lead times. The programme is set in the written quotation after scoping.

Can we use our own contractor?

Yes. We can coordinate your appointed contractors against the agreed design and acceptance criteria.
